We require a government-issued photo identification card, such as driver’s license, passport, or state identification card to establish identity. A lock and pass-code will be provided upon receipt of first month’s rent and a $20 administrative fee.
We accept cash, checks, money orders and all major credit cards for your convenience. Auto-pay is also available for our forgetful tenants. 
Rental Insurance is not required but we recommend it for your peace of mind. Custom Way Lock -N- Store is not responsible for property stolen or damaged through no fault of their own.
Yes, although we recommend that you remove/disconnect the battery and top off all fluids. The addition of a fuel stabilizer to your gas tank can keep it from gelling up during the winter.  We also recommended flushing the radiator and changing the oil after you remove the vehicle from storage.
No. Gate hours are limited to 8:00am – 8:00pm daily to insure that unit access is safe and secure. Special arrangements may be made for after hours access in special circumstances.
Flammable items and liquids, toxic materials, perishable food items, Illegal items or contraband are expressly prohibited.
NO. Living in a storage unit is strictly prohibited by law.
Below is a list of our basic rules and regulations. A complete list will be provided to you with your rental agreement.
  • There is a 5 m.p.h. speed limit at the Facility.
  • Do not connect refrigerators, freezers, or any items, other than lights to electric outlets. The electricity could be turned off at any time and you must have written permission to use Owner’s electricity.
  • No open flame of any type, such as; camping equipment, cutting torches, kerosene lamps, candles, etc. are allowed in the Storage Space.
  • Remove all trash and unwanted items in your Storage Space. Do not put any unwanted items in unrented space(s).
  • No work may be performed on any motor vehicle on in the Storage Space or at the Facility including no changing of oil, antifreeze or other fluids of such vehicles.
  • Upon vacating the Storage Space, the space must be swept out and Occupant will remove his/her lock and notify the Owner that Occupant has fully and finally vacated the Storage Space.
  • When loading or unloading Occupant’s Personal Property, Occupant shall park parallel to the building to allow traffic to flow through the aisle way. There is no backing the vehicle straight or on an angle toward the door of the Storage Space.
  • Do not prop open the building doors.
  • No smoking or vaping at any time in the Storage Space or at the Facility.
  • No loitering at the Facility.
  • For the safety of all, no play or horseplay is permitted at the Facility.
  • No animals, except for service and companion animals, are permitted on the Facility. Occupant is responsible for keeping all animals on leashes, and cleaning up after animals.
